The company covers an area of about 26,000 square meters.with more than 90 employees and an annual production design scale of 6 thousand MT.The company has Machining Workshop,Casting Workshop,Clean Workshop, Heat Treatment Workshop, Technical Inspection Department, the International Trade Department, and the product research and development center. The company has been committed to the research, development and the production of concrete pump parts for the past 16 years.Especially the integrated casting S-valve, double centrifugal elbow and straight pipe have been popular in the market.

In order to meet the demand of customers, the machining workshop has invested 7 million RMB in upgrading the workshop since 2010. The workshop now has 4 domestic leading CNC machining centers, 4 CNC lathes, 2 CNC grinders, 3 milling machines, More than 40 sets of advanced equipment such as ordinary lathes, drilling machines, and planers.

The casting workshop has successively invested 5 million RMB to eliminate and transform the main production equipment. The technical inspection department has successively invested 3 million RMB purchase international advanced non-destructive spectral composition detectors, carbon sulfur analyzers, computer metallographic microscopes,CNC universal testing machines, microcomputer portable hardness testers, flaw detection analyzers, steel (iron) water temperature measuring instruments, plane measuring instruments, universal calipers, thickness gauges, etc. The company has self-support import and export rights.The current export products are mainly construction machinery parts, auto parts, and mining machinery parts. The annual export is 10,000 pieces, and the export countries are all over the world.

The company adopts advanced coated sand modeling process, sodium silicate sand modeling process, clay sand modeling process, lost foam casting process and V method casting process to produce various grades of ductile iron, gray iron, plain carbon steel, low alloy steel, High alloy steel, stainless steel castings, heat and corrosion resistant steel castings and precision castings, etc.
